Why there’s rail and railless solution, which one is better?
Rail solution usually used with L brackets or roof solar hooks. compared with railless solution,  rail solution can be withstand bigger wind load and snow load.But it sure will with higher costs too.
Rail solution is with more materials and thus it’s heavier, and requires more time and labour to do installation.
Besides, if you have a metal flat roof and want to have solar modules with best angle to get more sun power, rail solution tilting is possible. Railless solar mounting design solution is impossible to tilt.
