The ZAM steel is new material which is very hot sale in recent years, it has been used in many large PV projects of our customers.

ZAM steel is short for Hot-dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium alloy-coated steel, which is a highly corrosion-resistant coated steel with a coating composition of Zinc as the main substrate in combination with Aluminum, Maganesium and a trace amount of Silicon.

It had been developed successfully in foreign steel mill of Japan ( "ZAM" brand), European ( ZM EcoProtect, MagiZinc), Australia ( ZINCALUME) etc.

The difference between HDG steel and ZAM steel is:

HDG steel processing: steel belt-forming-galvanizing ( after galvanizing)

ZAM steel: processing - forming ( pre-galvanizing)
