The adjustable tilt kit include components : Aluminum rail --- D nut series has 4 types of rails to meet different wind load and snow load request .

Rail splice : two types for your option

Mide and end clamp
Adjustable front leg and adjustable rear leg which have two kinds . And one kind is more thicker than the other kind which is more suitable for heavy wind load and snow load .
Anchor bolt is for fixing the mounting on the concrete roof .

Self tapping screw is for fixing the mounting on the metal roof .

Design features:
1.Suited for concrete flat roof and metal roof
2.Adjustable type structure which has 3 angle range for option: 10-15 degree,15-30 degree,30-60 degree.
3. All the components will be pre-assembled and it can save your time and labour cost .
Surface treatment :
10μm thk.anodized aluminum, stainless steel 304 bolts and nuts
Design strength :
2 kinds of design to meet the different wind load and snow load requirement .
Certification :
Australia AS/NZS 1170.2- Wind load report, SGS report-Chemical & Physical test,
